DENVER (KDVR) -- Boulder police are reviewing recommendations recently handed down by a panel of experts that delved into the JonBenét Ramsey homicide investigation. The case file received a third-party review and materials were digitized. Additionally, detectives began preparing evidence for new, advanced DNA testing. JonBenét Ramsey was 6 when she was reported missing on Dec. 26, 1996, after her family called the police regarding a ransom note inside their home in the 700 block of 15th Street in Boulder. (COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is searching for a woman in connection to a double murder in Stetson Hills days before Christmas, which resulted in the deaths of two children.On Tuesday, Dec. 19 around 12:30 a.m., CSPD received a call about a burglary in the 5300 block of Palomino Ranch Point, at an apartment complex off of Stetson Hills and Tutt Boulevards. CSPD said when officers arrived, they found an adult woman and an 11-year-old girl suffering from injuries. A 9-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy were also found dead inside the home. An Eversource employee is being called a hero for preventing a carbon monoxide incident from turning much worse at a Marion home following last week’s wicked wind and rain storm.Assessing damage after the storm which caused widespread outages, Eversource employee Ed Gonet noticed a generator running at a home that had power on Front Street in Marion.“There were really bad fumes and I saw a cord going into the house,” Gonet said, per a post on Eversource’s LinkedIn. “The door was ajar and no one responded. … (I) just couldn’t leave without knowing if there was someone in there after smelling the fumes running into the home.”.Gonet called 911, and Marion firefighters responded to the home around 9:20 p.m. last Tuesday, a day after roughly 300,000 Massachusetts households had lost power.
